Dr Fredes was super helpful I highly recommend them super patient and friendly with me and my family in all of our visits
Tried to visit her office Tuesday, Sept 22nd. Julio is why I'll never be back. Julio made false accusations accusing me of, "freaking out on him" when I told him I stressed thinking about just turning around and going home because I couldn't find the office. Instead of trying to help locate the building, he said, "Okay, have a great day" and hung up. 5 Minutes later sends message threatening to charge me $50 for the no-show appointment when I TRIED to go to the appointment but couldn't get anyone to help get there.
