Wonderful teachers, wonderful atmosphere. everyone should meditate, no matter what your beliefs, and this is a fantastic place to start, and grow.
I have practiced meditation for many years on my own and through my past yoga practice. I came to MOI wanting something different and a new understanding of meditation as I was committing to it in a new way. Johnathan has been a kind, lighthearted teacher who has provided information that has made my practice feel deeper and more rooted inside my core. I am grateful for this space, the people, and the many things I learn and relearn here.
