I had such an amazing opportunity leading me to an experience with Jonathan as my meditation coach during a gong meditation with Illuminating Hearts. Jonathan was so helpful with everything from posture to the assistance of creating a compassionate environment from within to the surrounding existence of happenings all around. I cannot word the feelings post meditation. Beauty does not justify it. I invite you to definitely check it out!
