Randy is very professional but caring. I recommend him.
Only reason it's not 1 star is because my therapist Isabel Gruenhagen was seriously helpful, understanding and explaining everything were I could understand. Help with explaining paper work etc. She left seat a referral for another therapist 2 weeks ago still no response. I was charged $35 don't have a clue why . The telaheath canceled by therapist because she moved on. Still have no clue Who this new therapist is. Same thing with referral to a phycrist does meds nan was really helpful. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that I was not going to like this place. Firstly, I have no idea how to contact my provider even if I wanted to, because the website only had contact info for intake purposes, nothing for current patients, and doesn't guide to a patient portal or contact info to contact a provider directly.
