Y’all got all these horrible reviews. I’m glad I read them before reaching out. Sounds like y’all need to clean house. Ever since after Covid, providers have become lazy as heck and very unprofessional. And wonder why people choose not to engage in therapy because of things like these reviews.
I have multiple physical and mental illnesses and limitations. I needed to find a new mental health provider as the one Id had for years was no longer an option. I went through all the rabit holes to schedule a new patient assessment and had to wait almost 2 months to have my appointment. I agree, schedule and then the day before my appointment I recieve a call to tell me it is canceled due to the doctor not being available now and that Id have to wait another 3 months before I could get another appointment. Mindfully is amazing! I did the genetic testing and I think everyone should! Very informative to me and my therapist. Game changer. My therapist is Miranda, and she’s amazing. Listens and is very much attentive and understanding of my life. Gives great advice and I wouldn’t dare miss an appointment! Patient portal is awesome. Can send messages. She responds to me professionally and promptly.
Just an insane situation. Ive been taking lexapro for a while now and I was told by my pharmacy that I need to call in for an appointment to get it refilled. When I called mindfully they let me know that my psychiatrist (Jonathon Cole) had left the practice. Ive been on the meds for a couple of years and not one email was sent to me to lef me know that my psychiatrist left the practice?!?!
