I had an in person appointment on August 1st as a new patient as I requested. They sent me a message saying that they had to change my first appointment to telehealth. I called and told them I wanted to cancel because I specifically requested an in person visit for at least my first visit. Then the person told me they could reschedule me for an in person visit so I accepted it.
