Scheduling process disorganized and staff is no help. Don't use Zoc Doc to schedule, learned my lesson. Seemed to be a known issue but they did not call me beforehand to say my appointment was not actually scheduled.
I didn't know what to expect but Brittany and Chize made me feel so comfortable. Chize explained how the treatment is carried out. It's 36 sessions, so you have to commit, but after the first 2 weeks I was already noticing a big difference in my depression symptoms. I've finished my therapy and I can't even begin to say how grateful I am. I got my life back. I would absolutely recommend this therapy to anyone with persistent depression.
The experience of doing TMS has been really helpful for me! The TMS therapist is really easy to talk to and helpful with answering questions. I would definitely recommend mindful TMS because it has really helped me in the long run.
I began TMS therapy here in mid February and I just completed my 26th treatment. The facility is nice and new. The TMS Therapist, Kaycee, is wonderful. She is very thorough and takes her time to get everything correct. I totally trust her with getting things just right for the best possible therapy experience.
