My experience has been wonderful here. Sarah and the front desk staff have made me feel welcome each time I visited - I hope it is not understated that their hospitality has helped me be more comfortable with the process of getting help. Endre Voros has a deep understanding and tremendous level of experience working with people who are going through the struggles and suffering of life. He is able to deliver the terrible tasting medicine the patient needs in a way that they can actually stomach and get better.
MTG is an AI-first company, borderline scam. I signed up for sessions with a therapist, and MTG harassed me for weeks about my intake forms. At least 4 notifications a day via email, text, and phone calls. I attended my first appointment, verified with the therapist that my forms were filled out correctly, and moved on. Great place! I was referred to the Mindful Therapy Group by my PCP and I’m so glad I came here. The staff is super friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have about my service. They even helped me find a provider that matched my needs. I would highly recommend.
This corporation is awful. They don't know how to do billing, scheduling or follow simple instructions. They don't have respect for clients. Terrible place
