My doctor retired and I chose Mindful Therapy based on reviews. I was supposed to have my first appointment in Lacey WA today, even received a confirmation two days ago saying my appointment is in Lacey. This morning, the day of my appointment, I received a voicemail saying they were very sorry but my appointment is in Tacoma. Extremely unprofessional and with the medical field they are in they should understand how important it is to be seen by a physician and receive medication required of their patients. Great therapy group! All staff members are courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend!
The staff is very helpful, understanding and kind. My providers are so patient and meet me at my level. I genuinely appreciate them and am fortunate to be able to receive my mental health services here ❤️
Negative experience. The provider I had gave me a hard time because he had my appointment time confused. He thought i was late. His phone wasn't silent before my appointment started both times. Not big on shaking hands in healthcare settings either. Previous medic myself. I understand i'm a very specific patient on my needs. This might be a good place for regular folks undiagnosed , but if you have a trauma background , I would suggest looking for another business for your baseline needs to remain met, rather than here.
