A complete disappointment and a serious safety hazard. The provider completely forgot my severe drug allergies and adverse reactions, recommending unsafe medications during my care. Beyond that clinical negligence, the scheduling is an obvious billing scheme. Anyone who understands medication management knows new prescriptions take weeks or months to show any real effect, yet they forced high-cost weekly appointments that were consistently under 10 minutes long. Per my insurance, they have hundreds of providers here (yet all remote) such that their provider search is useless. You're actively making it harder for people to get the help they need. This is a corporate "profits over people" decision which leads me to believe the accusations of fraud and poor care in negative reviews.
Stay away from them, they assign providers randomly ( including out of state) without informing you, they then force you to see that provider weekly or biweekly, charging a fortune. The provider was unprofessional, frazzled, disorganized.
Maverik who provides reception and office support for Mindful Therapy does a tremendous job of customer service and support. He always greets me with a friendly welcoming smile. Thank you, Maverik.
Stole my mothers alimony from my account with out authorization. Once I informed them that I would need it back and that it’s not my money, they refused to help me and infact actively started ignoring me.
