MTG is an AI-first company, borderline scam. I signed up for sessions with a therapist, and MTG harassed me for weeks about my intake forms. At least 4 notifications a day via email, text, and phone calls. I attended my first appointment, verified with the therapist that my forms were filled out correctly, and moved on. Jinn was great! She went over my meds to determine if there are any conflicts with my other drugs taken. The interview went well. This is a stupid mandatory rule that Medicare order. I miss at least 1 month waiting around for Jinn to say I needed help. Thanks Bobby!

Great practioners, my experience with my provider at Mindful Therapy has been really supportive and beneficial, my provider is very friendly and easy to talk to and I never feel anxious about accidental missed appointments.
