Booked an appointment got a ton of forms to fill out on their awful website, provider didn’t show. They overbooked. They also show training for things like dissociation but none of their providers has experience with it. Overall I’d put them about on the level of BetterHelp - a corporate platform that probably works for many but also will frequently drop the ball and make you feel a little like cattle.
