From a psych who wouldn't fill out forms necessary for top surgery, forcing me to miss a consultation and delay surgery over a year, to having multiple counselors cancel last minute (2 hours beforehand) and refuse to see you, then send you a passive aggressive message, this place has it all. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm not sure where to look for help, but it's not here.
I was a client for 2 years and during that time I was double charged multiple times, I was charged more than 4x my allowed monthly payment and when I contacted them to find out what happened I was ignored and hung up on. I love the therapist I found through them but the company itself is horrendous and I am disgusted this is how they treat people with mental illness trying to get help.
