I have been seeing Esther Iuwoha for a few months through Mindful Therapy Group. She's been very helpful. Knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, helpful. The agency has a patient portal where I can message my therapist and I get regular texts and reminders of appointments. I haven't needed to contact their billing department, but everything seems to have gone well in thar area.
My PCP referred me to MTG. I have never liked the mindful therapy elsewhere so before I waste my time I researched this group. From what I have read, I will not go here.
I've been seeing the same therapist (southout Bethell) through mindful therapy group for 6+ years, and I've always felt more than supported. Scheduling is easy, and they accept most Insurance!
