I was a client for 2 years and during that time I was double charged multiple times, I was charged more than 4x my allowed monthly payment and when I contacted them to find out what happened I was ignored and hung up on. I love the therapist I found through them but the company itself is horrendous and I am disgusted this is how they treat people with mental illness trying to get help.

If you're struggling with mental health and expect help don't go here. They have been horrible about communicating and take your money but if they are in the wrong they will not refund you. No client communication try to call my therapist and it says voicemail full and this has been like this for weeks. No call backs after making a formal complaint. If there one thing that will make you want to jump it's this place.

First of all I will start this by saying that I love my therapist and am so grateful to have them on my care team. She's warm, empathetic, everything that a therapist should be. She's pretty much the only reason I'm still going thru MTG for therapy. Secondly...their office staff and one of their psychiatrist nurses is unprofessional, uneducated, and unethical. I have been seeing Esther Iuwoha for a few months through Mindful Therapy Group. She's been very helpful. Knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, helpful. The agency has a patient portal where I can message my therapist and I get regular texts and reminders of appointments. I haven't needed to contact their billing department, but everything seems to have gone well in thar area.
