Yulena is a saint sent from the heavens. I’ve been dealing with insurance and scheduling Dr appts the past few days, and she cut my phone calls and time on the phone in half. Stole money from me. Denied it for four months and when they finally admitted I was overcharged they said it would be an additional 6 weeks for a check to be sent out! This is literally the most unethical company, especially when I went to them in crisis from severe PTSD. Stealing from people who are in crisis is the worst thing a company can do.
Gabrielle Green has been a tremendous help to me during a very traumatic time. She is empathetic, understanding and a great listener. She has helped me process the loss of a loved one and happy to have found her. She is very sharp.
