Mindful has been really wonderful with helping every step of the way with finding actual help. If I can’t figure how to do something online, I can call and they are really great about understanding what I’m trying to do and sorting everything out. The people and staff are really great.
This office is spectacular, beautiful and my safe place. The therapist I found through this office, has changed my life and given me hope for my future. It’s very easy to make changes to your appointment and get connected with other mental health services within the same office. 10/10 recommend.
We have been here twice and so far the front desk has been nothing but kind and helpful. The vibe of the place is laid back but still a business. They have wooden blocks, coloring utensils and coloring pages, and books for kids to keep entertained. They have free water, tea, and I think coffee. The psychiatrist we saw was polite, asked the right questions, and was helpful even when I wasnt sure about some things with my daughter.
I’ve been going for a few weeks and it’s being amazing. They’re super easy to schedule and the providers are wonderful.
