what i really like about the brainspotting here is that they actually take my culture and what’s going on in my life into account.. (not all theory or therapy language).. There’s space to talk about my situation and how it affects me, which makes the whole experience feel more personal and relevant. It's more practical and it actually works! At least for me ~

Therapists are knowledgeable, but at end of the day you are nothing more than a dollar sign to the practice. I caution anybody who has children or low immunity to illness to find another practice. They have a policy to charge $125 for non cancellation of appt 24hrs prior, regardless if fever set in same day or emergency arises. They want you to come to office sick or do telehealth, which works if you are physically capable but in my case I was not.

Mindful Springs and Amanda Baker are incredible. I am blessed to be working with someone who is so gifted and trustworthy. She is patient and kind as well as honest about what i need to hear. I am forever grateful for her and this practice.

I have seen many therapist due to some ARMY stuff and some. The people that work here are more sympathetic to what I need rather than checking a box like I have gotten from the VA. If you ever feel overwhelmed, get your cathartic release here. They’re worth it and I am so happy I found them. Thanks Mary, Camille, Aimee, and Nick!
