I was asked nicely by one of the staff to write a review. I can't say who it was. It was dark. Or rather, my phone was in dark mode. I still won't say who for privacy reasons. Anyway, I go there because I may or may not have anxiety problems, depending on which of my personalities you ask. (Don't ask Nathaniel. He's a jerk.) All those who work there are easy to talk to. 5 starts for Dr Schuman. Would not recommend this place now that he is gone. Dr Schuman is absolutely amazing. I am very sad he retired. Such a great guy, very caring and a great listener. He has helped me so much the past few years and I never felt judged as I have from people in this profession in the past. This was the first time I had a Psychiatrist put me on the right medications that did not cause me side effects. He is great and will be missed. Dr. Shuman was my Doctor at mindful Solutions. Unfortunately I found out today he will be retiring. But the last 5 years or maybe more that I have been seeing him at MIndful Solutions has been a great experience. The girls that worked at the front desk over the years have always been kind and helpful. But as for Dr. Shuman....You were a ONE OF A KIND! And I will miss you! Dr Schuman was very kind, empathetic, and helpful. He always listened to any concerns I had and answered any questions. He also proceeded with as much caution as possible, ensured good health, and made every effort to stick to the lowest effective dose. I appreciated that. The office was clean, relaxing, and stress free. Would recommend to anyone.

after waiting 5 weeks for an appointment he told me I’m in crisis and no medicine will help me before walking out of the room. but not before he gave me the number for a suicide hotline. Thankfully I found someone else willing to help my “crisis” first do no harm at its finest.
