You found the right place to practice Mindfulness! I highly highly recommend that you take this course with Sunada! This was the best course that I have ever taken, and I have taken a lot of courses throughout my life. Every week, I looked forward to attending and was the highlight. Signing myself up was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I learned a great deal about MBSR and myself simultaneously and feel that I have changed for the better! Sign up!
One of the best classes I've ever taken. The whole experience was a combination of teaching, discussion, and practice. Sunada creates a safe space for all of it, and I really appreciated her openness as we each applied what we were learning to our own lives. I'll be back for more!
This was an incredible experience. Sunada is such a thoughtful and welcoming human being. I genuinely believe this class will be critical to my health. I already notice changes in my body and mind. Sunada is a wonderful teacher and her MBSR class profoundly changed my life! Over the eight weeks Sunada teaches you how to build your mindfulness practice and apply it in your daily life- like being stuck in the middle of Boston traffic or dealing with challenging family members! I took this course with Mindful Purpose in 2015 and it’s not an exaggeration to say it was life changing (writing this review in 2022)! I’d suffered from intense insomnia since I was literally a child. I’d tried plenty of medical options and knew every sleep health/“stress reduction” tip in the book.
