At first we had a great experience with Dr.Dolly’s office. Her NPs Ms.Linda & Ms. Vanessa were amazing & always took the time to explain anything that was needed. But for us, the biggest downfall was the fact that they run strictly by appointment only. And it is very upsetting, in 3 different situations I tried getting a same day appointment & they refused to give me one because my daughters symptoms weren’t severe enough for their “system”. Dr. Dolly and her team are the best in Brownsville by far! Previous experiences with pediatric care for our daughter have been meh to absolutely atrocious. Since switching her to Dr. Dolly in January, two diagnoses have been caught that I know her former pediatrician’s office would have dismissed as us just being panicky. It is extremely important that a physician have both a high IQ and a high EQ. Some moms recommend, some don’t. I’ve had both good and bad experiences here. Wait time is soooooo long. (I’ve left after we entered the “little” waiting room). Moms have had misdiagnoses which cost a lot and affect a kiddos overall being. I believe Dr. Dolly tries her best. She is sweet and smart. But any time my kiddo faced a true health challenge, I would go to Corpus, San Antonio, or Houston. Maybe it’s just Brownsville health care :(
Dont call very rude and they dont take new patients.
