Very experienced Therapist!! I learned how to use words in case of frustration, annoying and getting upset. Very helpful to make my life easier and better and still learning based on the incident that I go through. Dr Mala sees the areas where I need to learn in a positive manner which keeps my life with my children and spouse in mind as well as my family!! Great Dr Mala Team !!!

Ok, not that great. Schedule is not flexible. It is ok for therapists to reschedule/skip session due to their personal schedule conflicts; however, when it’s the patient turn to reschedule/skip session (notify many days in advance) due to schedule conflict, they made it difficult. The therapist that we have is not very nice and unfriendly. Overall, this place did not make a great impression for me. It seems to be all about billings and claims, I do not recommend.
I could not imagine going anywhere else. I'm so thrilled with the results and my experience with Dr. Robles over the last several years. I feel incredibly supported and listened to. Feedback I am provided is always done with a level of compassion and perspective that I genuinely appreciate. I feel that I have been able to overcome a lot of anxiety and feelings of doubt with immense thanks to Dr. Robles and Mindful One LLC. They genuinely care.
