Dr. Karen Rudy (Boulder CO location) has been an absolute life saver for me, as well as also just being a truly fantastic human being. I have been a patient here for quite some time now, about 8 months or so. I have had bad past experiences with mental health treatment, and doctors ignoring me. Mindful Minds is great, and the provider I see is always understanding and listens to every concern. I am new to Colorado and having a solid mental health resource has really helped me in so many ways.
I had my first appointment today with Nicole and had a very good experience. She was very attentive and knowledgeable with my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit and look forward to continuing treatment with the practice.
