I've never left a bad review for anyone but this lady is quite rude. We bought a gift voucher for a massage for my mother-in-law last year, but she died within two weeks of us buying it. Joan would not refund our money, and refused to extend the expiry date to help us out. It it is an understatement to say that it was an incredibly difficult time for our family, so I was taken aback by her lack of empathy.
