Michael’s dedication to overall health and wellness is refreshing. His personal testimony, honesty and his own physique and health journey make you immediately believe in his teaching and instruction. I’ve his experienced his tutelage both in person and online. Training with him I’ve experienced both weight loss and increased strength. He incorporates stretching and yoga movement with some traditional weights and HITT. Don’t waste your money going anywhere else. Michael’s Mindful Method will change your life!
