Mindful Me was recommended to me after I completed a 6 week stay at an eating disorder rehab center in Arizona 2 years ago. I worked with both a nutritional counselor and a therapist and can say without a doubt that these professionals are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and committed in supporting me in my recovery journey. I continue to see the therapist on a regular basis and my daughter recently started seeing her as well. We are both very fortunate to have found these amazing women.
Mindful Me over promises and under delivers and a danger to their patients. They are poorly staffed and inadequately trained to handle children with eating disorders and issues of body image. Our child was under the care of the Charis center but was wanting Mindfulness therapy as part of the recovery process. Mindful Me promised that.
