I found Mindful Massage after extensive neck surgery left me with constant headaches and chronic neck pain. I came for a massage once a week for 2 1/2 years. I can say that those massages are what got me through a very difficult time in my recovery. The compassionate and skillful staff at Mindful Massage are at the top of my list! I adore my peeps at Mindful Massage!
I so enjoy my massages with Freda. She knows exactly what muscles need special attn and works on them to make all of my muscles in harmony with each other making me feel incredible. The atmosphere is very relaxing as well.
