I am always pleased with the excellent care I get at NCH. But today with my PROSCAN IMAGERY. I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH RECEPTION. I WAS ON TIME, BUT IN THE WRONG BUILDING. JOANNA, THE RECEPTIONIST WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO CALL THE HOSPITAL AND LET THEM KNOW. I WAS ON MY WAY.
