We made an appointment with Mindful Solutions on Binz for my son to get help. He had just come home from college and asked us to help him because he was feeling depressed, among other issues. We had submitted all of the required insurance information and personal data a month before. What a waste of time and travel, free but totally a rip off. Seen Dr. Manual Guillen. I was crying, no response, asking questions, blank stare, it was horrific. Then he offered my 50% of the lifetime dose and will not refill unless He is Paid again. I'm having a episode would love to alert someone. Just Some one!
This psychiatrist is great. He tends to your needs and work with you for the best treatment available.
Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment, did the pre check in, and all paperwork needed prior to my appointment. I checked in at the front office and was told the MD would be out shortly. (I specifically scheduled an IN PERSON appointment for my initial appointment/consult).
