My experience here from the start has been nothing but a headache. I’d like to start off by saying Carlton is AMAZING and this by no means reflects on him. My family has been part of the mindful family for a while now. My oldest son sees Carlton, who has been amazing at helping him express his feelings. It's always been a bit of challenge for him, but Carlton is like a warm hug. His energy, infectious smile and demeanor will make the most shy children feel at ease. My son is always excited for his sessions and when he's had a hard week, he says "I can't wait to talk to Carlton." I'm thankful he finally has someone he feels comfortable with, because he's never really had that.

I had been reluctant to seek therapy for awhile. And, once I did, I had a hard time finding someone who not only took my insurance, or was accepting new patients, much less I could relate to. I was thankful to stumble upon Mr. Carlton Gould. I have found Mr. Gould to be engaging, sincere, and professional. Carlton works in a way unparalleled to other counselors. He is able to help you realize why you think what you think and how to change your perspective allowing growth and healing.
