Can’t recommend yoga with melissa enough!
Melissa is an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic yoga instructor. Her classes are so engaging. Melissa connects so deeply with her art of teaching yoga - she inspires all to move within individual comfort limits and provides accommodations when necessary. Like I wrote, she’s incredible!.
Melissa is an outstanding yoga instructor. Her classes are equal parts relaxing and fun. Her light hearted, no pressure approach is perfect for me!
