I’m 69 yrs old and have neck/shoulder pain for a few months now. I tried heating pad at home with Ben gay and it had little impact. A friend at work said he had gotten a few neck/shoulder massages and it made all the difference. I booked an appointment at Mindful Garden for 1/2 hr massage.
