I’ve been going to Lauren for years for my shoulders and neck. When I heard she was working at Mindful Garden I had to go in for another round of acupuncture. She’s very friendly and welcoming to everyone when they first come in. Professionally she is great at adjusting treatment to your comfort level and your current needs or ailments. Personally my shoulders feel relaxed for weeks after treatment, and I will likely be going back soon! For several months, I have gone to Mindful Garden and I plan to continue every month. I am welcomed with a lovely cup of tea, warm compress for my back and shoulders in a calm and soothing atmosphere. I put my body through a lot of physical stress throughout the week and when I go in to see Joe he listens to my needs and works out my knots, muscle pain and tightness. My headaches are almost nonexistent and I have never slept so well as I do after my massage. Thank you Joe Herges and Mindful Garden
I've gone to the mindful garden yoga studio twice for two sessions of sound bowls in a little bit of yoga not my strong suit it's everything they say it's is
Wonderful experience!! Had the perfect massage and foot soak. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!
