The therapists at Mindful Dynamics have really helped me and my partner through some very tough times in my life. The expertise and knowledge that both therapists we saw have walked me and us through emotional turmoil in our relationship and have been able to set us back on track to a healthier relationship for me and us. Highly recommend her or any of the therapists at the practice.
