They did a video intake asking me yes no questions to decide who to pair me with for my anxiety, taking less than 5 minutes. after they never set me up with a provider despite my multiple emails asking for an actual appointment and then charged me for my intake. they did not provide me any services. i never had an actual appointment with this establishment. as someone who works in healthcare it’s disgusting to see establishments scamming people for money without giving any care. do NOT trust these people.
Mindful Care has so much to offer! They provide all different kinds of groups and sessions for everyone and the staff is very helpful
