My psychiatrist is great; however, the billing department is not reachable by phone and takes multiple days to respond via email. You are also unable to see charges on your account profile and do not get a breakdown of charges when billed. I would recommend looking elsewhere for mental health services if possible.

would be nice if you could keep your website updates since THEY DO NOT TAKE MEDCAID BECAUSE THERES NO DOCTOR IN THE PLAN

Booked an appointment with them for med management after a recent move to Chicago. Earliest appointment I could get was cutting it very close to me running out of my prescriptions. I show up the video appointment, only to find out that ONE hour earlier, while I was at work, they sent a link asking for payment and then cancelled the appointment due to me not paying or seeing it. This company is a pill mill. My "evaluation" lasted 22 minutes and resulted in a prescription. My next appointment lasted approximately 17 minutes and resulted in upping that prescription. My third appointment lasted 14 minutes and they added a second prescription. My fourth and final appointment lasted 8 minutes where they said I need to give the meds time to work before dropping one (but not before adding more??). I enjoyed the group therapy sessions which were helpful in allowing me to witness and understand that I am not alone in this. Many people are struggling with reactions and their interpersonal relationships. I would’ve liked more comprehensive 1 on 1 individual counseling sessions because 20 minutes is barely enough time to warm up with someone. Otherwise very nice and attentive staff who really tried helping addressing my needs.
