Dr. Dixon gave us direct answers and utilized the majority of his time coaching and guiding us on parenting our 9 year old son, who has behavioral issues at home and school. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. I left with tools I could use that very afternoon and that I feel extremely optimistic about. He confronted our difficult family dynamic with ease and coached my son on his only two jobs: try your best at school and listen to mom and dad. I would recommend this place to anyone needing psychiatry services.

I was referred here for my daughter through her pediatrician and I am absolutely appalled at how much it cost to be seen by a provider. Almost $1000 to see a child who is in need of mental health services?? Absolutely abhorrent and selfish.

I became a patient in late 2018 under Dr DeMoss before the company rebranded from progressive psychiatry and moved locations. According to the website Mindful is still subsidized by the previous company Progress Psychiatry. The location moved from an actual medical facility to a Chinese medicine and alternative therapy clinic located in what used to be a residential home. Dr. Dixon has helped my family so profoundly much, it cannot be understated. It was absolutely worth the wait it took to get in and it was worth the cost. Hang in there if your family is struggling, I don’t doubt the staff at Mindful will have answers and support for you.
