If I could give a 0 star I would. This place was the worst experience I've ever had. just for background info, I had just had a hip replacement. They told me over the phone that they would have an ortho on site, a physical therapist, they told me that I would have 1 on 1 time with a therapist everyday, and because I was traveling out of state, I was concerned about not being able to speak to my family while I was there. Would not recommend for anyone needing immediate care sadly Some likes to be mean when noone looking especially in the restroom I appreciate the others and the help but didnt appreciate the mistreatment I went thru at one time honestly.
I just have to give credit where credit is due. Every single staff member from tech's to Director and most especially the counselors and group facilitator's are one of a kind. They are truly compassionate, understanding, empathetic and absolutely dedicated to doing what is best for each patient's individual needs. I absolutely would recommend this facility to anyone which includes my own friends and family.
I spent 40 days and 40 nights at Mindfree and I am a different person afterward. I was obviously skeptical walking into the very drab building and not knowing anyone was scary. The stupid lying liars that lie phony phone salesperson definitely don't tell you the whole truth about things going in. I hope that has changed since my days there.
