My experience with Mindfree Therapy center, operating under Magnified Health Systems, run by Declan Morgan, was extremely concerning. From the start, it felt less like a place focused on helping patients and more like a business focused solely on maximizing insurance payouts. I had a really good experience here- it was probably the best experience I had at a facility like this. I’d recommend 10000% !!!! If your trying to get sober or trying to work on your mental health or both this is the place
Stay AWAY from this place! The admissions people lie to hook you in. Very dishonest people. They advertise meetings with counselors, but I only saw my counselor once, and just to do paperwork. They advertise dual diagnose treatment and I went there for anxiety. They treated me just like substance abuse patients. If you eat healthy, this is not the place for you; lots of burguers. Lies, lies, lies, from the admissions to billing. Go somewhere else, unless you want to be scammed.
I stayed at the Mindfree facility at the beginning of 2025. After verifying my insurance, one of the admission specialists informed me that I would not be responsible for any expenses "because I was going to a Florida facility, and my insurance was Florida Blue" (his words). I asked again, and he assured me I would pay "zero" (again, his words). Months after leaving the facility, I received an invoice of $54,667.91.
