Yesterday I received the most excellent care from the team at the Minden UCC. They quickly determined my issue was more severe than I had thought and so immediately got me comfortable, called an ambulance who rushed me to Haliburton hospital where I could get the necessary imaging for an accurate diagnosis. The UCC team, ambulance team and Haliburton Emergency handled everything with compassion and speed. It’s great to know we have such high quality care available here in the area. Thanks teams!
I was seen quickly and competently for a respiratory ailment. I was examined, prescription given, X-ray taken and on my way in about an hour. They called with X-ray results within a couple of hours, despite them being uneventful. Excellent care!!
I understand clinics are busy, but it’s unacceptable to never answer the phone or return calls.
I would just go to a place in Haliburton if you can make it there. They didn’t call the pharmacy for my script and were impossible to get on the phone after
