Excellent practice.
Welp I honestly didn’t get a chance to see him but the person who answered the phone was very snobby so I decided to take our business elsewhere. I called to set up a new patient appointment today and I pronounced Dr Mindell name wrong and she rudely cut me off and corrected me so I proceed to tell her that I am a new patient and I was referred by my insurance company so she then tells me well for new patients there is a couple month wait ☹️ So I simply say it’s ok I will find another pcp I can’t wait that long smh.
