This place isn't what it used to be. I no longer felt like a cared for client. Working with my psychiatrist and therapist was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Both of them made me feel ignored and getting my concerns/points across felt impossible. My biggest concerns were that my psychiatrist didn't remember or seem to write down important information, and my therapist didn't seem to understand where I was comimg from. Things need to change so the quality of care improves, and people aren't left possibly feeling worse then before.

Been here for almost a year and see a huge difference in myself with my trauma as a child, staff at the front are sweet they make you feel like family, and my therapist is amazing at the work she does. it took me 15 years to find the right therapist, THANK YOU MINDIVERS!!!!!
It was a great experience getting everything set up and scheduled in for an appointment! Had my first visit and would definitely recommend 10/10!
