Wonderful, supportive, & they go above & beyond in taking care of their patients. My 7 year old son felt right at home with the friendly staff & Dr. Carter has helped him with his ADHD, ADD & ODD in so many levels. Truly, I cannot recommend this office more!!
It’s our first apt. We were asked to come in early because the online questionnaire was not filled out entirely. My teenager is capable of filling that out herself. She is 16. The receptionist was chatting with someone else who didn’t have an apt. If she knows we were coming and needed to finish paperwork she should have the paperwork ready for her. Nope.
