I did their questionnaire to start the program. After completing the questionnaire I was charged $50. Shortly after I receive an email stating I don't fit their requirements and that I should pursue my counseling elsewhere. I requested to have my $50 back and they denied me because their clinicians already reviewed my assessment. They're scammers! I should have believed all the negative reviews. Instead of getting the help I needed I get scammed.
What a waste of time and money grabber. Also to cancel you have to send them an email and pray for they to reply. The overall experience is not at all what I expected. It is basically “texts”, nobody calls you or check on you. You can read all that “content” for free on internet. Not helpful at all. 0 stars.
Absolute waste of time and money. Website doesn’t work most of the time. All the negative reviews are correct - you can find much better resources for free elsewhere.
This is completely useless. Better just talk to chatGPT
Got recommended this by a friend, under the pretense that they're still doing the 2 free months. Apparently, that stopped in August of 2022. Don't waste your time with the survey if you don't have $525 burning a hole in your pocket.
