friendly atmosphere, Colin is 99% on time, so never have to wait long, staff at admin are wonderful, and very helpful
Perhaps if I didn’t have to wait for 30 minutes later than my appointment time as my time is important also or else give me a reduced rate for waiting 30 minutes
