I would steer clear of this place if you have a family member who has a developmental disability. They are NOT respectful, understanding or sensitive to people who have cognitive delays and when you report the counselor, the supervisor will side with them and gaslight you and will not handle the situation. My sister brought my nephew here for counseling, and a male counselor at this practice was yelling at my nephew because he thought he wasn't progressing at the level this counselor thought was best. I have such a great experience with Mind Trek that almost my entire household now uses it! I learned about a provider through a friend, and I'm so happy she was open and shared her experience. I was personally seeking out virtual options, but others who previously preferred in-person sessions are now sold on virtual because the providers here are really great at what they do.
