My girls have been with Melissa Turner since she worked at Valley. She walked through the tragic death of my husband with us. My family has it made it through because of her and we are thankful
The therapist are AMAZING (especially Yvette & Maya) I would highly recommend! I have came so far with the help of Mind Trek and Will forever be grateful for that.
I would steer clear of this place if you have a family member who has a developmental disability. They are NOT respectful towards or sensitive to people who have cognitive delays and when you report them, they will side with the counselor, try to make you appear crazy and will not handle the situation. I have Melissa Turner and she’s great. I’ve been getting better at handling my stress and anxiety. She’s great at listening and is always willing to reschedule if I can’t make it for some reason.
I had been through a few counselors who weren't the best fit before finding Melissa. From the minute we started, she was warm, understanding, and wanted to help in a way that worked best for me. If you're struggling to find a counselor who understands you, highly recommend Melissa!
