My daughter and I found Melissa through our PCP at Southwoods. I researched and knew that she was what we needed when I read her profile on Mind Trek's site. She knows her stuff and she isn't afraid to challenge thinking but does it in away that doesn't feel scary. She has focused on parenting with me and how to address my kiddo who has ADHD and sensory needs. My therapist has been incredibly supportive and truly goes above and beyond for their clients. They create a safe space where I feel heard, respected, and understood. One thing that really stands out is how strongly they advocate for their clients and make sure our needs are taken seriously. I’m very grateful for their guidance and highly recommend them.
Melissa has been seeing my two daughters since she worked at Valley. I have followed her to Insight and now Mind Trek. She has helped me understand autism, adhd, and learning disabilities. Melissa has coached me through parenting and has done family sessions to help my girls navigate their emotions and to share them with me. She is the best and I love the platform that Mind Trek has to offer. I've talked with Adam the owner before about insurance and he is so helpful and kind as well.
I have had the best experience with my therapist Melissa. She has been honest, open, listens, I never feel judged and has been available in a crisis. She has helped me manage my anxiety and made me realize some other underlying issues that have added to my mental health. I could go on and on, I will say it took a lot of interviewing therapists but I am glad I waited for the right one!
My family see's Melissa. There are a total of five of us. We has walked us through dramatic death, adhd diagnosis, autism diagnosis, and severe depression. My family wouldn't have made it through without her! Four years later and we are finally able to breathe. Best counselor in the area! She has great snacks and her Poland office is so cozy!
