I got sent here after calling the crisis hotline. Mentally, I was in a very bad place. I came to seek therapy but no one once brought up finances or if insurance would cover it. I assumed it was all free and truly believed they wanted to help me. Well, they failed to mention that they charge $600-$900 per 57 minute session, and they also failed to mention that my insurance didn't cover it until the bill racked up to be nearly $2000. Called 6/26/24 and the female receptionist was worthless and waste a time. Talked to her for several minutes, explained my situation and asked if they had somebody that specializes in my child custody matters. She said you know you’re calling Grand Junction, which all calls funnel into one location and then they dispatch it accordingly. The people saying this place isn't great are lying. I've been going here for 6 months & the therapist, receptionists, and crisis counselors, psychiatrist are all phenomenal. I haven't ever made as much progress in the 10+ years of therapy with other providers as I have in 6 months with these folks. Very very highly recommend this place.
