A lot of wasted time. Make sure to ask about your bill prior to going. Also know that they don’t take a lot of insurances but they wont tell you that before your appointment. You will never get back to the same person to talk to, and navigating their system as a patient is beyond frustrating. I think if someone desperately needed help this experience could seriously harm them. I needed an assessment done. This place was at least decent most of the time in the past few years. Most of the staff I have dealt with over the last 3 years going here was friendly and helpful, but it seems to be a different place now. Apparently, roughly a year ago, my doctor had left Mind Springs and NOBODY bothered to reach out to me via any method to let me know this information. Dont waste your time going here. Months to get an appointment, no one ever returns your calls, prescriptions are a nightmare to get refilled. Called 3 times this week to get my prescription refilled and still havent heard anything! Apparently noone works at the Frisco location. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Will not accept patients that have insurance. EVEN if we will self pay. What kind of practice is this? THIS IS DANGEROUS! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? insurance you won't take, and you won't take payment without insurance. Only new uninsured patients. WHAT IS THAT? that is discrimination and you are EVIL.
