So unprofessional. So rude. No one can ever answer your questions and the doctors are impossible to get ahold of. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
have been waiting for MONTHS for SOMEONE, ANYONE to call me to make an appointment in Aspen, they lost my paperwork three times, and apparently still do not have it and i still cannot make an appointment. . no wonder the suicide rate in this valley is so high, no one can get any help before its far far too late .. thanks for NOTHING mindsprings
Made an appointment for three weeks out, because if was the first in person appointment that worked out. The day of the appointment, it was cancelled because the clinician was sick. I was told I would get a call back to reschedule. I never received a call back.
Useless. I've been trying to have my NP get in touch with me for close to a week - I've email/phoned/spoken to someone who said they would take care of it. I'm still waiting.
