Absolutely saddened by the way mindsprings operates. Called in crisis, took 2 weeks to get an appointment. At the end of the appointment I was told the next one would be much longer, I was then told THERE WERENT ANY APPOINTMENTS, that I would be called back, and I never was! So glad I wasn’t at a point of self harm. You all proved the negative rumors. If you’re in crisis seek help elsewhere! So incredibly disappointed in mindsprings.
This is the only provider in the county that takes insurance which is a disgrace. I just received a debt collection in the mail from this office from a bill I have never been contacted about. They have my phone number, email, address, I have not gotten ANYTHING. Additionally, the bill is for an uninsured amount which is exorbitant, despite me providing my insurance information MULTIPLE times. I know they are being audited for terrible business practices. Somehow my review of Mind Springs Vail got deleted, however I am re writing to warn fellow Eagle county citizens. I went to mind springs for help with my anxiety and depression a few years ago, and the counselor who was assigned to me, Megan Vogt, literally was very rude and condescending to me, maybe even a bit judgmental. Mind springs is the most unprofessional and incapable company I have ever experienced in my life. Not only are they unorganized, they also take about 2 months to get back to you to schedule an appointment. I have never left a bad review for anything in my life but mind springs needs to be exposed. When I called 3 times and finally got a consultation, after a month, the person I spoke to never sent my information back to mind springs to schedule a full appointment.
