Lauren is extremely professional and has helped me a great deal over the past several months
Unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. I completed all intake information through the initial portal and scheduled an appointment, which was fairly far out but acceptable. I was later contacted to reschedule for an even later date, which I also accommodated and can be understandable. After that, I was asked to complete the same intake information again on a different portal. I shared feedback that this was not a great experience from a new client perspective. Lauren has been a tremendous support. She’s incredibly caring and takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. I always feel heard and respected during our sessions. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable, which has made a big difference in my ability to be open and make progress. Her professionalism and compassion have been invaluable to my mental health journey.
