I have been a client at Mind Over Matter for about 8 months now. Over the past few years I’ve had many different psych appointments where i’d be wondering whether or not we made any progress once the call was over. This has never been the case with Jessica. She is very friendly, deeply empathetic, and gives her utmost attention and care to her patients. I definitely recommend her if you are afraid of trying medication again/for the first time, or if you struggle with social anxiety.
