I took a close friend to see Dr Gumbs , he was very helpful and caring , i highly recommend this place, good luck
After struggling with my mental health for so many years and my old neurologist moving on, I needed to find a new practice. I consulted with this practice over a year ago. NP Gumbs is a godsend and has helped me tremendously. I feel like a new, better person since I have started with his practice. There is something seriously wrong here. The amount of unreturned calls, stalling, cancellations, and just complete lack of professionalism on behalf of Alexander Gumbs is disturbing. I had an initial consult for Sprayvado in FEBRUARY and have been trying to follow up with him ever since (it’s April 8th). I got the same run around described by many others here- Esther (who apparently manages office/appointments) repeatedly apologizing, no one following up, rescheduling my appointments….finally after I left multiple voicemail... read more
