I was nervous about getting the help I needed, but from the moment I walked into Mind Matters, I felt at ease. The office was welcoming, calm, and organized. PA Sophia Harrison made me feel comfortable right away and was so easy to talk to. I left feeling relieved, hopeful, and excited to continue my treatment. The staff at Mind Matters Psychiatry are fantastic. I have never felt more listened to as a patient and never had staff more willing to work with me on medications and believe me about symptoms and side effects. After trying several medications and continuing to have difficulties they worked with me to get approval from my insurance for Transcranial Magentic Stimualtion therapy and it has been one of the most effective treatments that I have ever had. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gajwani for years now, and he is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He doesn’t waste your time, really listens to your needs, and makes sure you get the care you need. He always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. I had a really terrible experience at this establishment. Something that should not still be happening in 2026. I called this establishment to find a new child psychiatrist for my daughter who has autism and ADHD. She has medications she takes that are running low and her former psychiatrist won’t fill since her office no longer takes my daughter insurance.
