I have seen Dr Condiotte for 6 months now, and her help has been what I have needed for a long time. I wish I had been brave enough to seek help sooner in my life to help change some patterns that have not served me well in the long term. Run, do not walk, away from this place. Hopefully it goes out of business soon with the horrible change in management. I was here for around twenty years and my insurance recently changed so I could no longer afford them. I found this out a week before my appointment, and because I could only get a prescription refill if I had an appointment with them, I was forced to eat the cost, and had to argue to get a shorter appointment. Dr. Condiotte is a talented practitioner who I feel incredibly lucky to have connected with. Diagnosis and treatment have been life changing for me. I am grateful for her continuing support as I build a beautiful and healthy life. As for the front desk staff, Stephanie, Kendra, Sydney, and others are so warm and welcoming. Their kindness and positivity really helps me feel at ease. I very much look forward to each session with Dr. Condiotte and the team.
I'm very lucky to have found Dr. Condiotte. I was skeptical of psychiatry at first, but am now living a life with the kind of peace I didn't even know I was missing. Treatment has irrevocably changed my life for the better. I personally have not had problems with any sort of billing or service here, and would recommend Mind Matters in a heartbeat.
