I have been with Mind Matters since its inception and have received nothing but great care and kindness from both staff and the doctors. Dr. Condiotte is knowledgeable, caring, and open to hearing my thoughts/opinions/concerns about medication changes. She respects and treats me as an individual and does not push things on me that I am uncomfortable with. I’ve been working with mind matters since I was 17 (now 21). The two stars are reserved for my provider Bethany Bivin, who has been nothing but an angel and was a great aide in saving my life. However, over this past year I’ve noticed a lack urgency and organization regarding my prescription requests. I’ve had the same prescription for years and have been taking meds daily since 17. I have seen Dr Condiotte for 6 months now, and her help has been what I have needed for a long time. I wish I had been brave enough to seek help sooner in my life to help change some patterns that have not served me well in the long term. Run, do not walk, away from this place. Hopefully it goes out of business soon with the horrible change in management. I was here for around twenty years and my insurance recently changed so I could no longer afford them. I found this out a week before my appointment, and because I could only get a prescription refill if I had an appointment with them, I was forced to eat the cost, and had to argue to get a shorter appointment.
