The scheduling person who called me after my initial contact request was HORRIBLE. She was belittling and condescending when I was trying to clarify what to actually expect at the appointment that I would have to pay out of pocket for. I don't think it's too much to ask to know what I'm agreeing to pay for before I show up. The woman stated they wouldn't take me as a patient and hung up on me after I asked her why she was so angry.
